"BSSW" Crewneck Sweater in Pink
Black Student Success Week (BSSW) focuses on examining resources and programs that ensure Black student success at California Community Colleges as we recover from dual pandemics – the COVID-19’s disproportionate impact on Black communities and the anti-Blackness actions that continue to undervalue and criminalize Black lives and minds.
Annually, BSSW is celebrated the last week of April. The week gives administrators, faculty, staff, students, and partner organizations an opportunity to reflect on how we serve Black and African American students and gauge success among this student population. Further, it’s an opportunity for California higher education advocates to identify what’s working and what’s not, and offer insights for building a landscape for Black students to succeed.
After you order and receive your merchandise, we encourage you to post a photo of you wearing it and tag BSSW on social media at @cablackstudents on Twitter and Instagram.
